Once again we are busy getting vehicles in and out of the shop with our only customer's satisfaction in mind. In this week's video we have a lot in store for your viewing pleasure.
A lot of people have wishes but at Golden Touch we make wishes come true just like what we did for our customer who wanted a gun pouch with the seats we sewed up for him. Some customers want a different look to stand out so we swapped out a gray convertible top for a blue one. We have the tools to do furniture too so don't be afraid to bring your chairs, couches and stools like our customer with the bar stools who was impressed with our work.
The key to getting ahead in this business is definitely customer satisfaction. If you not only do what they ask but also throw in a little extra, even if its only close attention to detail, you will thrive because your customers will come to you before going anywhere else and recommend your services. Now that's a Golden Touch!

Golden Touch Sunroof has Lots of work... And it snowed
The always on point Doug "Baby Oil" gives us a quick view of what we have going on in the shop. Business is picking up especially because of this great weather we're having now, thank you Lord. But in the video you'll see we had some inconvenient weather to say the least.
Through all the jobs we pick up around here we've been given much appreciation for the job we did our from customers. So this is a thank you to them because we would not have been able to make it this far without them.
As usual we are putting it down in the shop working on those Cutlass and Grand Prix interiors. Those cars have a lot of work that will take a few weeks to complete. In this video, you are also introduced to new to the game of upholstery Charlie "The Rookie". You see he's already mixing it up with the colors and material.
Before I forget, I have a special shout out for Mr. Bigby who gave us the opportunity to help him remember his wife by dedicating his custom truck in her honor. R.I.P. Sherrell, your family misses you and loves you forever.
